Yoga for the Soul is my unique method of using Dahn Yoga combined with a respect for your mature body.
It’s a gentle form of exercise that helps you make the connection between body, mind and spirit. It’s also a way of guiding and directing the flow of energy through your body so you’re in control.
You no longer have to drive to a massive, impersonal gym or large yoga studio. You may come to a small, personal studio where the class size is small enough that you get personalized attention or, if you live or work in Las Vegas, I’ll bring the workout to your home or place of business.

My name is Wendy Jaroslawski. I’ve been married 30 plus years to my husband, John. I’m a semi-retired Grandma. We enjoy active, full lives volunteering at our church, hanging out at Starbucks with friends, travelling, spoiling our grandkids and keeping busy.
